What is an E-Wallet?
An E-Wallet is your virtual cash account with the platform, created when
you successfully register. You can top up funds to your E-Wallet through
your bank by using the E-Wallet IBAN.
Do I need to provide my bank account details to the
platform?
Yes! After logging into the platform, you can see the "Edit Profile"
option in the profile menu (available in the top left or right section,
depending on the selected language). Here, you can provide details of
your bank accounts, which are linked to the platform for fund deposits
and withdrawals.
Do I need to perform my KYC?
Yes! KYC is important to make your profile “Active” for investment.
A
comprehensive KYC option is available in the profile menu (available
in
the top left or right section, depending on the selected language).
1. For newly registered investors on the Edaa Connect platform,
updating KYC information is mandatory. Without it, investors cannot
place a subscription request.
2. For institutional and QFI investors, KYC approval from the admin
is
mandatory to proceed with a subscription request.
Why is my investment status "In-Active"?
Your investment status is "In-Active" due to incomplete or expired KYC or
NIN/IQAMA.
What is the process of fund subscription?
1. After logging into your account, you will find the dashboard and
Market Watch icons on the left side of your screen.
2. By clicking on either of these icons, you can explore the
available
funds.
3. Once you have chosen a specific fund to subscribe to, you will
find
a "Subscribe" icon..
4. Clicking on the "Subscribe" icon will provide you with detailed
information
about the fund, including its name, subscription mode, subscription
units,
expected amount, and current NAV (Net Asset Value) Rate.
5. You can select the subscription mode based on your preference.
6. Input your preferred subscription amount or units for
subscription.
7. After reviewing the fund details and ensuring you agree to the
terms and
conditions, click "Confirm" to submit your subscription request.
8. Your subscription request will be sent to the Fund Manager for
processing.
9. To check the status of your request at any time, access the Order
List
icon on the left side of your screen.
By following these steps, you can easily subscribe to a fund through
the
Edaa Connect platform, monitor your request status, and stay
informed about

There is no limit to the subscriptions, but please note that each fund

What is the objective of Fund Comparison?
Fund comparison tool gives you a comparative study of 2 or 3 funds. This
will help you to collect ample intel about the fund’s NAV rate
performance ranging from day till 3 years or more. You can access fund
comparison from the left/right side menu (based on your selected
language).
How to add a fund to my favorites?
You can add any fund to your favorites through the heart icon available in fund’s list of
market watch. You can see your favorite funds in dashboard.
Is there any theme option?
Yes! To provide ease of use, Edaa connect has two theme options, light & dark theme, you can switch between from
theme icon (/ ) available at right/left top section
(based on your selected language).
How can I see the latest announcements of the
Investment Funds?
All consolidated latest announcements (up to last three months) are
available in the dashboard however, you can also see specific fund’s
announcement from fund detail.

Yes! The dashboard provides you with the top five performing funds, based
on their volume/units traded from the platform.
